Appointment Booking and Coronavirus
The Rosemead Doctors and Nurses are experiencing unprecedented demand on both physical and mental health problems from patients.
We are also supporting the vaccine centre with clinical staff to deliver the covid vaccines.
We are asking that you only call us or do an online consultation if you have an URGENT request.
If you have a routine request, we ask that you contact us when the pressures have reduced.
We are still taking all prescription requests as normal. Please do continue to contact us for acute Illnesses or urgent matters. Thank you for your co-operation.
Due to the Coronavirus, GPs have been advised to manage their workload remotely to minimise risk to both patients and staff. If you have an existing appointment or wishing to book a new appointment please be aware that these will be assigned a telephone response in the first instance where the patient will be triaged and either dealt with at the time during the phone call or invited to attend face to face appointment depending on the outcome of the triage conversation.
This is an extremely busy time for General practice, if you can get the help and advice you need for minor problems from a pharmacist, or our web site it would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
