Frimley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) was formed on 1 April 2021 following the merger of three previous CCGs; East Berkshire, North East Hampshire and Farnham, and Surrey Heath.

The CCG is a GP led organisation, responsible for understanding local health needs and planning and commissioning (paying for) health services for the local population.
