We are able to conduct medical examinations for insurance and employment purposes for a set fee.
Private signings (forms and claims)
For a fee, the doctors can agree to sign certain forms for you. You will need to make a telephone appointment with your GP to discuss your needs and ascertain if they are happy to sign.
Please note that GPs no longer sign photos for passport applications.
